5. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING5.1. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out on the following legal bases:
- User's consent to personal data processing (by filling out forms, checking consent boxes, using the Site);
- Performance of a contract to which the User is a party;
- Compliance with UCCC's legal obligations under Ukrainian legislation;
- UCCC's legitimate interest in improving services and developing activities.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES6.1. UCCC
DOES NOT SELL Users' personal data to third parties.
6.2. UCCC may transfer Users' personal data in the following cases:
- Service Providers: to technical partners ensuring the Site's operation (hosting providers, email marketing platforms). Such providers undertake to ensure data confidentiality and use it solely for providing services to UCCC.
- Event Partners: in case of registration for joint events (e.g., business missions, conferences), limited contact information (name, company, position) may be transferred to co-organizers or key event partners exclusively for communication regarding the event.
- Government Authorities: in cases provided for by Ukrainian legislation, upon a reasoned request from law enforcement agencies or by court decision.
6.3. UCCC may publish information about UCCC partner companies in open or closed directories exclusively with the company's consent and to the extent determined by such company.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA7.1. UCCC takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
7.2. Such measures include:
- Data encryption during transmission (HTTPS protocol);
- Protection of databases from unauthorized access;
- Restriction of employee access to personal data strictly within the scope of their official duties;
- Regular security system monitoring.
7.3. Despite the measures taken, no method of data transmission over the Internet can guarantee 100% security. UCCC cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties who illegally gain access to personal data as a result of the User's violation of security rules.
8. DATA RETENTION PERIODS8.1. UCCC stores Users' personal data no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy or to comply with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
8.2. Criteria for determining retention periods:
- For UCCC partners — for the duration of the partnership and for the period required to store financial and contractual documentation in accordance with legislation;
- For event participants — during the period of event preparation and conduct, as well as for subsequent communications regarding similar events (subject to consent);
- For newsletter subscribers — until unsubscribing from the newsletter.
9. USER RIGHTS9.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," the User has the following rights:
- Right of Access: to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, and the purpose of their processing.
- Right to Rectification: to require correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
- Right to Erasure: to require deletion of their personal data (except in cases where storage is required by law).
- Right to Withdraw Consent: to withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal).
- Right to Protection: to file complaints with authorized state bodies.

30 (thirty) calendar days and provides a response in the manner chosen by the User.
10. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES10.1. The Site may contain links to third-party websites (UCCC partners, information resources). UCCC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party resources.
10.2. We recommend that Users review the privacy policies of each website they visit.
11. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY11.1. UCCC reserves the right to make changes to this Policy in connection with changes in legislation or UCCC's activities.
11.2. The new version of the Policy takes effect upon its publication on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the Policy itself.
11.3. Continued use of the Site after changes are made implies the User's consent to the updated Policy.
